Received confirmation of order delivery but did not receive the flower to our address. We have all tried to contact customer service the only option is to leave a voicemail! It’s been several days and no response. Will update if this gets resolved but at this point I would say look elsewhere for your holiday flowers. We are very disappointed with the customer service! Update I was able to get in contact with the owner (number comes up after bad review) and she explained they were waiting on fresh flowers. They need to work on their order confirmation system but they did resolve the issue and I was also able to customize my flowers to the shape of our table which is awesome. I’m very excited to see the results and will post pictures of the delivered product when received Update 12/22/20 I received my flowers after confirmation from the store owner. They are beautiful, there were a few bumps in the road but in the end we received our order so we are happy!
