Wonderful flowers, fresh and fragrant! Thank you

----
Florist's Response:

We appreciate your support, Paul!
Thank you,
Lee

I have selected designer’s choice with the white flowers. But they got different arrangement. Our son and his wife liked the flowers you have sent and they are assuring me that the flowers arrangement is just very beautiful. We are very happy because they like it. Thanks once again.

Florist's Response:

Hi Bipin, we thank you for letting us know the recipients enjoyed their flowers! The designer's choice features fresh, seasonal flowers we have in the shop that day. As it is beginning the Fall season, we used lovely Fall tones. Thanks again!
Lee

My experience buying from The Crimson Petal was top notch! The website was so easy to use, including the warm and personal product descriptions with vivid photos of the designs that helped me choose what to send my friend. I also LOVED getting a photo of the actual arrangement on delivery day. I will certainly be buying flowers from The Crimson Petal again!

The arrangement was stunning. The florist reached out to discuss a tweak to the choice of flowers. The final arrangement exceeded our expectations, and the recipient was thrilled. Will certainly be a returning customer!

----
Florist's Response:

You've made my day! I relied on my intuition and your very helpful comments, and the rest is history! Many thanks for your business. LEE

The arrangement was delivered as promised.
Thank you very much for your prompt response.
We will surely get back to you if and when we'll need another flower delivery.
Have a nice day.

----
Florist's Response:

I thank you for such a nice review! It was a pleasure working with you and I'd be happy to help you if you should ever need beautiful flowers again.
Lee

Awesome!

Absolutely gorgeous flowers! Fresh and better than picture on website! Also received call to confirm my additional request! Best advice was to call hospital and ask to have them brought up to be enjoyed! They can sit for hours after being left at the hospital (no longer allowed to bring to patients rooms).
Will continue to use for all my Newton Wellesley hospital needs! Dependable, friendly and perfect arrangements!

----
Florist's Response:

Welcome to Crimson Petal!! I am Lee, the owner, and was thrilled to read your review, thank you so much! The arrangement you chose is one of my favorites for a new baby girl. I've stocked up on the ceramic containers because they are so lovely for a baby girl arrangement. Call us any time for more flowers for the new mama!
Thanks again.

These flowers were absolutely stunning and the staff was super helpful when I needed to change some things at the last minute. I will use them anytime I am sending flowers for sure!

----
Florist's Response:

Learn more about us

Lee Hagopian

I’ve often been told how fortunate I am to make a living doing what I truly love — and I couldn’t agree more. The Crimson Petal was born in 2010 on a day when every single star seemed to align. At the time, I was navigating the divorce of my 21-year marriage and standing at a crossroads with many possible paths ahead of me. In that very moment of uncertainty, the flower shop where I had been working as a floral designer — under another name — became available for purchase. I took a leap of faith, seized the opportunity, and The Crimson Petal came to life. What began as a bold step forward has grown into something deeply meaningful. We are a leading Newton Florist now as we begin our 16th year at our Needham St. shop. And we have been humbled by the trust and loyalty all of our customers have shown us. Thank you! It's true. I love what I do. I am passionate about floral design, grateful for the journey that brought me here, and blessed to work alongside an incredible team of talented, experienced women who share that same passion. Looking back, I know without a doubt — the stars aligned exactly as they were meant to.
