We like to name our floral designs as soon as they've been created. This one was aptly named 'Mermaid's Tale' because it tells a story (tale). We start the 'tale' with a lovely clear blue mosaic vase....which conjures a clear, blue sea.....and the rest of the story is completed with beautiful apricot hues, dahlia and/or roses and a mix of lovely soft-hued fresh blooms. This one is so unique and very popular!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Beautiful flowers and delicious chocolates. However they were delivered late in the day. I would have preferred morning given that it was for a big birthday. ---- Florist's Response: Tamar, happy to hear the flowers were well-received. We have many orders each day. We design the arrangements fresh each morning. Then our wonderful delivery driver arrives, plans his route and takes all of the orders out for delivery. If an order is needed for a special event, we can arrange morning delivery, but for the most part, we do not begin deliveries until noon. We aim to complete deliveries by 3:30 pm, latest.
